Design Philosophy
Good design reduces what a user has to hold in their head. Every added step, every unclear state, and every inconsistency is a small tax on trust.
I treat products as systems, not screens. Something that looks resolved on the surface but isn't consistent underneath will cost the user more than it saves them, eventually.
